Most education institutions part ways with trainees after certification. However, few global brands foster lasting pride and connection among their graduates. After obtaining a Care Pilates certification, instructors are required to participate in continuing education twice a year. These sessions, held at designated training centers, are led by Care Pilates Masters and guest experts—providing advanced instruction, hands-on practice, and a platform to connect with fellow professionals.
All members gather annually to celebrate the Year-End General Assembly. Graduates from various programs reconnect, share insights, and enjoy festive events. Official certificates and recognitions are awarded, strengthening pride and unity as part of the "Care People" community.
The most exceptional trainee of the year is recognized as the “Outstanding Member” based on performance, evaluations, and recommendations from master instructors. A commemorative plaque is awarded for this honor.
