After starting clinical trials in the health care field since 1994 as a physical therapist and chiropractor, I came to know Pilates by chance in 2002. In order to introduce Pilates, which did not exist in Korea, Firstly, i started the international teacher training course since 2003 The progressive integration of health care and fitness well-being has always been my task. Pilates made it possible to complete these long-awaited tasks in detail and set up a plan for the first 20 years. I planned to focus on the Pilates education, manufacture, franchises, and online networks based in Korea for at least 15 years after starting the business. we have envisioned a plan for Korean Pilates to have a positive impact on the global Pilates industry from 20 years onwards. Care Pilates will continue to make efforts to develop innovative equipment and create a Pilates culture based on the emotions and creative temperament unique to Koreans. Starting in 2022, the diversity of the Pilates industry that fits with the times will be recognized, and educators, equipment developers, event organizers, and people in the Pilates industry, that is, those who are affected by Pilates in a part of their lives, are trying to create a culture in which time stays. we will cooperate with Korea's immediate and global challenges with a cautious attitude and will support and cooperate so that no one field is led or focused on any one field or class, and we will clearly advance the Pilates industry with a step-by-step plan.
